- Apply with fingers over lips for a stain
- Use the matte ones with a lip brush like a liner and go in with the glossy ones over the lips, this can stop the glossy colors from bleeding out
- Mix in the matte colors with whatever is left on your foundation brush for a cheek stain
- You can use the glossy ones on the cheeks for a glowy youthful blush color
- Use the matte ones as blush stains for underpainting - apply this before the foundation so the blush feels like it’s coming from within and not just sitting on top of the skin
- Apply glossy ones in the center of the lips for an enhanced pout
- You can mix in the matte ones with the clear gloss to make your own custom gloss
- Blot the glossy ones lightly to reduce the gloss but still have a comfortable stain
- For an ombre effect or to enhance two tone lips, you can use a darker lip liner on the corners and the edge of the lips; make sure to blend the lip liner out towards the inside of the lip and then you can put a lighter color in the center of the lips
- To make the lips even more pouty, add the lip gloss just in the center of the lips
- To make your thin lips look bigger, line your lips just outside the lip line to make them look fuller; try using a color close to your lip tone for a natural effect. Using the glossy lipstick will help make them look bigger
- For full lips to look smaller, apply whatever is left on your foundation brush over the lips and then go in just inside your lip line with your liner, and use the matte lipstick
- For uneven lips (top or bottom are thinner) go just beyond the lip line on whichever one is thinner
