Refunds

​We are happy to offer you a refund for this product, provided that it is returned in its original, fully sealed box (i.e., unopened and unused) and that the return is made within fourteen (14) days. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for used products.

If your product is damaged or faulty:
We will always do our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.

How to return a product:
Send an email to hello@kecasusna.com with your order number and details to receive your return label. In order to process your refund, please ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging with the provided return label.

How refunds are paid:
Refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received.
